I think you are still okay in your container. Succulents grow in a rather glacial pace at times, so it takes awhile to really multiply.

Tiffany mentioned two other succulents in the present container, and I agree with her. You may consider, though to move the other succulents in that container, and put those in a separate similar sized container. That succulent that has spotted leaves, looks like a Kalanchoe, so you can center it in the container. The other one you place below the kalanchoe. Kalanchoes grows more upright.

Succulents have shallow roots, so too big or too deep containers, may keep the media too moist. Too moist media, will rot the roots.
