I was going to suggest using cinnamon on plumeria cuttings.
Orchid growers use it all the time on divisions and prunings. One of our big local nurseries is having a seminar this weekend on mounting orchids (rather than potting them); I've heard this grower talk before -- he uses cinnamon all the time.
