Good heavens. That is a whole lot more counting than I want to do. Have you also calculated the average number of blooms per stalk? At 5 per stalk that is 5750 blooms. A figure high enough to make your head explode if you try to picture that many blooms. And if even 25% are blooming at the same time that is a dizzying 1437.5 blooms!
