Elfie, I'm not real good at explaining things but try this. Find the plant in the database; for instance this Crepe Myrtle that you posted on the Fla. Gardening Fourm:
Crepe Myrtle (Lagerstroemia Black Diamond® Mystic Magenta™)
On the left side of the screen in the blue bar, scroll down to where it says "Add this plant to your list" and click on that narrow dark blue bar. It will then give instructions to click on "Have", "Used to have" etc. It will then show up on your profile page in your plant list.
