Today I took a break and watched a few videos. One was by a man called The Amaryllis Man (Charlie Johnston); he showed how to tell when the seed pods were ready to harvest. Another video showed how to plant, either by sprouting in water or planting directly into soil/medium. Didn't have time to watch all the videos today.

I went out to the front garden and by coincidence, one Amarayllis seed pod was ripe and ready to pick. Hilarious!

Wish me luck; growing these from seed will be a new experience for me. Any and all advice welcome. Thumbs up
