Oh, my! I just looked up an image of passiflora buds...and mine have a bunch of them!
At first I thought those were just going to be new leaf clusters, but I started wondering when it seemed to take too long for them to unfurl!
My plants are 8' tall already, and I thought the tag said they would be more like 4'...just how long/tall do these get? They're grabbing my wind chimes (at roof height) now, and headed onward...should I trim it back, or put another piece of fencing up overhead? Will trimming long shoots help the buds that are already set, or doesn't it make a difference?
