I would not repot the bulb right now. I'd wait to see if it blooms first. Like Tarev suggested, just keep watering and feeding it and see what it does. Be careful not to let the roots stay too wet and rot, though. This is a reminder for me. I let my Ismene bulbs go completely dormant over the winter and need to get it out of storage and replanted. I purchased them last year and they did bloom, thanks to encouraging input from Tarev.
