Looks like it to me too. I have a fan coming up about 8 inches away from the clump of Early Fragrance. I am anxious to see it in bloom (maybe next year!). I normally deadhead, but maybe a pod was left to drop a seed I don't usually see a fan come up that far away from the clump.
