Woo hoo! Here I was, thinking how I don't grow Clematis but I sure do like to look at the pictures. And there, under the American Virgin's Bower is my comment about the plant. Although, it's not so much my comment as it is the comment of the author of an old book I have on wildflowers. I've been trying to add bits of the book to the database as there is a lot of information that gets lost over time. I'm trying to keep that from happening.

I recognize a lot of these Clematis from my gardening catalogs and I look forward to learning more over the next week. I also hope to see lots of gorgeous pictures! Northerners, this is your chance to get back at us Floridians for tormenting you through the winter. Rolling on the floor laughing Show us the beauty that is in your gardens and let us know which varieties are heat-tolerant in case any of us want to take a chance growing these beauties!

Happy Clematis Week to everyone at ATP! Hurray!
