After being so happy to see all the Japanese iris, I looked out my kitchen window and saw that my maiden bloom of Blushing Snowmaiden had opened. I couldn't even wait to finish my coffee before I grabbed the camera and headed for the back yard!

These pics are of it just opened. It still needs to relax, so I will be back at it tomorrow. And while mine is more white than the database bloom (which may change with age?) I am sure it is the Snowmaiden because I got it from her hybridizer. Smiling
