I did find a post on another site where someone said they bought their plant at a Home Depot in a 1 gallon pot. It seems it also commonly gets sold in the pond section under the generic name of "Red Bog Lily."
Your plant looks pretty happy so hopefully it will bloom for you this summer and make its true identity known.
I may be a little odd, but I'm having fun trying to figure it out.
