Fuchsia 'Andrew,' a 1967 pink and purple bush, and Fuchsia 'Andrew George,' a 1990 red and purple trailer, were both bred by hybridizers in the UK, so it's likely that one or both might be available from some source there. The British Fuchsia Society might be able to answer your question.
