Good. Maybe your plant will bloom this year.
As to the question "How do I get my plumeria to bloom?" Mine responds really well with SuperBloom. Last year I did not use SuperBloom and I had a very disappointing bloom season. This year I used SuperBloom and a little dose of super thrive and my plumerias are blooming.
I'm really bad about stunting my plumerias too but when I repotted them to bigger pots this year, I got bigger blooms.
