She has been greatly damaged and she will need TLC for the next few years to recover.
Dig her up, and wash to identify new roots, and remove old roots and any crown rot.
Soak her in 10% bleach for about an hour, follow by soaking in plain water for a few minutes.
Plant her in potting mix and guard her.
