Great article and the pictures are just fine. Looking at your brick path reminded me of my grandfather's garden path; he also kept the brick path narrow as he wanted to leave lots of room for the plants.
Funny thing...as I was reading your article there was a load of bricks and granite blocks sitting in my car - rescued from a demolition site - waiting to be unloaded.
