I measured the scapes this morning. There are three of them, all at 10". The first flower was 1.5 inches. The plant was dug about 2 weeks ago and had not bloomed yet. I got the whole plant, and the woman who lived next door to the house where the plant had been for years told me it was full size and never gets any bigger, but had no idea what it was. So it has to be one of the very smallest varieties. It seems that either Penny's Worth or Penny Earned are the only ones I have found so far that fit the size and color parameters as they are currently.

Old gardeners never die. They are just pruned and repotted.
