and, oh wow do I ever sympathize. I am not the one with experience here, but I did recently hear from someone that keeping them soaking in water could be okay for a couple of weeks..... Don't take that to the bank, now! Someone will surely have more reliable advice than that.

I do know they will need shade as well, and if that bucket, or pots or whatever, can be held in a cooler spot somehow, yanno, better still.
