We'll, I am not sure this is where to post this or not, but I wanted to share this beauty with all of you. It is a lovely State park located in Middle Tennessee, Rock Island State Park and it has two lovely waterfalls and lots of beautiful trees & wild flowers. I hiked 1/2 mile down a strenuous trail that had water running down it to get some of my pix and to find the small waterfall, the first pix. There is a TVA power producing dam on the small river there also. We were able to drive to get to the large falls called the Twin Falls. It is stunningly beautiful! I told Joe, this is Tennessee's version of Niagara Falls! The falls is not super tall like it's neighbor Fall Creek Falls, the highest waterfall east of the Rockies @ 256 ft high, but it's width is stunning! It is easily over 200 ft wide, so beautiful. I could not get all of the falls in my camera lens.

Pix # 9 is of the Twin Falls way off from my 1/2 mile hike down the steep side of the mountain with water running over the trail, not easy, lol. Considering I had not been prepared to hike. & was in flip floor & my feet were slipping & sliding at best. Add the water to that & we gave a mess, lol. But well
Worth it. The next pix is at the bottom of the hike, I took a shot of the water running over the rocks forming tiny falls and deep pools.

Now for those of you who, like me, are not in shape, and after something like this would NOT be able to get out of the bed next day due to your leg muscles being so sore you were miserable. Same applies first time each year you get out in the garden every year. I'm going to give you a priceless secret right now so you will never have to suffer this again. As soon as you finish your workout, your hike or your gardening, come into the house and rub all limbs/muscles you have abused liberally with the liquid liniment Absorbine Jr Pain Relieving Liquid. Wait about 5 minutes and either take a hot bath and soak a little bit or take a hot shower. You won't be sore next day. You might feel some very mild tenderness in some areas, and I mean mild, but you won't have that horrible miserable awful soreness. I have no idea what this stuff does, it smells like horse liniment, stinks! But the second you rub it on, you can feel it penetrating and working. And all I can tell you is it works. I made this discovery about the hot tub/shower method after I did a 5 mike hike to Fall Creek Falls from the Inn while Joe was in. TVA meeting one day. I was totally out of shape, but I was afoot, we were in a TVA vehicle and I was not permitted to drive it. My feet were my transportation, and I was going to see that waterfall by hook or crook. When I got back to the Inn, I could barely move, but I started a tub of hot water, rubbing myself down with Absorbine to help the aching. I was thinking, I won't be able to get out if bed tomorrow. I soaked about 20 minutes. Next morning, I could but believe it, I was not sore at all. I could feel the tenderness in my muscles, but it was not painful. Know that is hard to understand, but I could feel when I moved that the muscles had been stressed, but I was not sore. I have done this ever since, with the same result.
