My five hasta plants have not blossomed into their purple flower yet and it is almost July 1st. Last year we had healthy blooms and I have to spray them or throw stuff on them to keep the deer away. Could you explain why my hosta flowers have not bloomed yet? The leaves are full, but no stems or buds in the middle of the plant.
