You might be able to flip the pot upside down and pop the pot off, if you succeed you'll be able to pull up and out on those baby's and they'll slip right out without disturbing much. Or the whole thing could fall apart in your hand...

You could maybe just bump it up a size and not shake the roots up, you really don't want disturb the roots once growing if you can help it.

Those babies will almost for sure be entirely separate from the mother, but the longer you wait, the more entwined the roots can get!

I can't resist seeing what's under the ground, so I unpot mine in the fall.
