Love the idea of the pipe with the shepard's hooks!
My Mom and I used a length of old dog chain between trees and hung the pot hooks into the links to add extra space.
I would really like to find an old swing set, fix it so vines could climb the legs and use it as an arbor with plants hanging from the top bar.... or maybe bird feeders....
