I un-potted my Voodoo Lily today, There were 7 new plants in there. Do these bulbs grow from seed??? Three of them were right on top of the pot within the first inch of soil, 2 weren't even in the ground. One was down about 3 inches and the other was the only one really low in the pot and they weren't attached to anything, as you said. Sad to say that the one that was very low in the pot broke off, it does have one small root on it so I potted it up but will be surprised if it grows.
