Happy 4th of July!
Sorry I've been absent from ATP for a few weeks, but so much to do in our greenhouses this time of year!
Also, we're making great progress on our new 3,000 square foot rock garden. I needed some place to display our SunSparkler Sedums for photography and large growers who come visit each summer. The site was a gravel parking lot, but we brought in 9 dump-truck loads of sandy-loam soil, then 15 skids of sandstone and let the fun begin!
Next step is to add 1 plant each of all 480 Semps in our collection so we can evaluate their tolerance to our heat & humidity in west Michigan. I'm also very interested in which varieties remain colorful during the June-August months.
