it was my first named cultivar, although if I'd known earlier I was going to be interested in hybridizing, I might have waited...so maybe it's a good thing I didn't know? ;) I am really excited, and the fact that it's redder and not as orange might make it more likely I'll use it in my own crosses...I just have to see how's colorfast it is first.
