I may already have my last mess of beans on the stove. (Is that just a Southern phrase, "mess of beans"?)

Anyway, I still have a few bush bean plants but they are starting to fade. Not sure if they'll get a second wind or not.

But I learned the name of my compost tomatoes is Indigo Kumquat! Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious! I posted I got the seeds from a neighbor, rather than explain that I got the tomatoes from the neighbor and composted some and this is what came in the compost. Whistling

They'll get yellower than this but keep their purple blush (hence the Indigo name I guess)
