specically it is a raised bed i built over an old compost heap covered with regular soil.
i live in jerusalem hot dry summers with snow every winter reaching 0 or -3 degrees
the location is under pine trees with very little direct sun.
i transplanted a month- old -decorative- pumpkin and it is happy........it yet has not reached the surprise.......alot of organic nutrition.the place is public not far from a underground car park where i had to take my dracena from there because it really suffered.thepublic issue is important because not everybody likes my invading attitude..........composter...... plants
iam thinking of planting shade-loving -spices but hate the fact that people may steel them.....i have an ambivalent feeling towards the lot1.2\1.2 meters 40 centimetrs high surrounded by an old window frame not sitting perfect on the ground to allow drainage
