I have had luck keeping my mophead blooming by letting everything stand over winter, then in early spring I cut last year's blooming branches to the ground, then the rest to about 2-3 feet. That said, some years are heavier bloomers than others. Good luck.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
