Yes, it very well could be Miss Behavin'. I bought mine almost 10 years ago from MerryGro, a Florida nursery that sold J&P roses grafted onto Fortuniana rootstock. It's one of the healthiest roses in my garden. There's a good chance that it's still prominent among J&P's offerings because of its high performance ratings.
