Even though I am totally dedicated to Texas Native Plants I do appreciate the beauty and usefulness of exotics.
There is a spot at the Dallas arboretum they call Crepe Myrtle allee and it is breathtaking, with the petals on the ground and the flowers overhead. I also love how the wood peels and it is so smooth underneath. Smiling
