It is a reliable source of various links you can further read and compare to validate what you are looking for. I like it when it is able to lead me to a site that shows photos and info of a location where a plant is endemic, helps me understand better the needs of a plant. Our growing conditions here in the US is different, so getting more info from a different source and perspective helps, and google has a lot of those links.
