hello
i have a dahlia in a pot thats still refused to sprout shoots. the tubers seem firm and undamaged/disease free.
its been rather chilly overnights here in the uk, thought it might be that thats prevented new growth so i brought the pot inside but to no avail.
anybody know what to do? thanks.
