Dear all, I have been missing a bit as my parents needed some help with matters arising. luckily they are sorted out now one hopes!
It was searingly hot here today, far too much for me and way above the average for this time of year.
On our News it was showing the terrible fires in Texas and the Tornado's in other places in the US, weird weather, I must say.
Then it showed one of the Universities in Oxford where they have daffodils, tulips, hyacinths, bluebells, a huge Wisteria in flower and Roses out all at the same time. How strange is that?
It is H.M. Queens Birthday today so we had to have a toast for Her Majesty, she is 85 today.
Then on Saturday it is St. Georges Day which is the National Day of England.
A Happy Easter To One And All.
I spotted this beautiful Ceanothus or Californian lilac in the pub Garden today.
Regards.
Neil.
