Vickie - You know if you do have large clumps, I would think it could be a possibility that the rust is indeed surviving hidden in some of the plant tissue. But I am no expert. If you ever need to divide Lady Neva, I'd sure be willing to take a fan or two off your hands! Whistling Thumbs up
