You could be right, Larry. But I don't see anywhere on his website that his intros show rust resistance. I won't spend the money to find out either.

I did just purchase a handful of rust resistant 1.0 rating registered daylilies from a nursery going out of business. (Got the daylilies for dirt cheap.) I don't know how they will do as parents (though I did check and most have a nice long line of named children). I am getting VERY serious about hybridizing rust resistance into my own seedlings. That is becoming my #1 priority. If I am going to spend the time and energy to try to create some worth registering and gifting to family and friends, I want them to show rust resistance as one of their qualities.
