DH is Dear Husband (Hubby)..you will notice such abbreviations as DS, DD, DGS DSIL DBIL DB. The first letter is usually meant to be the word Dear. then it is DSon or DSister (usually with a name after the letters) Dgrandson or Dgranddaughter, Dsister in law, Dson in law, etc.
