I would just remove the diseased looking leaves and throw them away. Jades are good in bouncing back. Just be careful in watering, water at soil level and let it drain well. As long as the trunk and limbs of your Jade are firm to the touch it should be okay. You mentioned there are other succulents in the same container with your jade plant. Can you repot your jade separately? Jades really do well on its own container and can grow into a good specimen size.
