Rick - I agree with you on the ecological responsibility thing. Hate throwing things away. I do put bigger stuff out on the curb for the "junk" guys that scan the streets before garbage pickup. If someone else has a use, they're welcome to it. Otherwise, it goes to a city dump - not so good.
