You might want to take a look at my recent post about my seedlings in "Plumeria Watch and Anticipation". There are previous posts as well (this spring/summer) referring to what my seedlings have done. Since they were my first seedlings, germinated in early Jan., 2014, I have asked lots of questions about what I was seeing.
