Also surprising is that it sometimes works in reverse. I spent my lily budget last year at a recommended supplier, and not even half of those showed up to this summer's party, and the "just add water" Mother's day lily pot from Meijer is outstanding! Blooms that I'd previously grown in the gardens here are twice to triple the size, in perfect health, and all eight of them are crammed into that single 16" pot. Hilarious!

These blooms are anywhere from 12" to 16" across! My garden-grown lilies of the same varieties pale in comparison.
