So you are in hot, humid Houston where most of the year your orchids and carnivorous plants will generally like to be outside - depending!! upon what kind of orchids and carnivorous plants you have. Some orchids can't take the heat too well, so don't go rushing to move the plants outside today.

Pictures will help us to help you, if you don't know what exactly you are growing.
