Ashton, I did a little better with DD, I got 14 blooms from the plant. I started with 1 fan several yrs ago, and now have 4 fans. However, this year only 2 scapes, and 14 buds. This is one plant that I baby because it is tender up here in the northeast. After last Winter, I thought I may have lost it, but fertilized it heavily with alfalfa meal, not the pellets, and it just thrived. This plant takes its time in the Spring and does its own thing, unlike other daylilies in the garden. I also love this daylily.

Becky, I will send you the seeds from the pod when they are ready to harvest. I will keep one for myself for luck. I'll also send you seeds from some other patterned daylilies if you would like. I have tons of seeds, but not enough land to grow all the seeds in my fridge.

I love your enthusiasm. I feel the same way! Hurray!
