Of course you will want the temperature to stay above 50F if all you have are Phalaenopsis. Air movement is everything though. I don't know how large your greenhouse is, but mine is small @ 10x12' (two of them), and I have three fans running 8-12 hours (depending on greenhouse temperature) in each of mine.
