Sherry, you bring up the reason I won't renew on DG. I used to watch the Ca. forum, and the tropicals forum, among others, but they just turned into chat threads about their grand kids, illnesses, etc, and never had anything to do with gardening. The only thing I watch on that site now is the plant ID forum. I learned a lot from all of you on different forums, and that's why I joined in the first place. I read some others but they didn't apply to me, so I didn't contribute, but did ask a question every once in a while. I don't contibute much here either, but that's because I live in a mobile home park in Santa Ana (read tiny garden), and with my very limited gardening area, plus the water and weather situation, there just isn't anything doing anything worth posting except the weather. I am enjoying your adventures in your new home though. At least that is gardening related. LOL! I did enjoy the political cubit! It gave me a chance to see that other English speakers felt the same as my relatives and myself, and rant about it. Hilarious!
