-Seven years is a long time! I had min-e for about 1=1/2 y-ears and one bloomed for me this year. I have 3 others bought at the same time that haven' t done anything. But they all have grown, double in size. From what I hear, they love to be pot bound. Mine are in bitty 4" pots-. Your pots seem to be 6"? I can't really tell. I did give it one dose of bloom food this year.
