When we were still in Cubits, our Rose Cubit had a separate forum for "Buying Roses," and each vendor was discussed in a separate thread in that forum. The move to ATP eliminated all of our forums and simply added all the threads to this one big Rose Forum. The threads are still here, but they date back to 2010 in most cases, so you'd have to go to the earliest pages to find them.
I personally would recommend only Palatine now. The other nurseries I once would have recommended have either gone out of business or suffered a drop in quality.
