That's a nice combination. What kind of soil do you have? I wonder if you added some course sand or pea gravel and an extra big planting hole. Maybe drainage? I think I have a drainage issue. Soon as it cools of a bit I'm going to amend my heuchera bed with course sand. I also think that I push the sun exposure too much.
