thanks, Dave and Porkpal! I definitely did not plant sorghum, but there's no telling what the birds might have dropped! My birdfeeder is on the other side of the yard, but I guess that never stopped a determined seed from travelling! Hilarious!

thanks, Kidfishing--it does have the shape of Johnson grass, but it is much bigger with much thicker stems and leaves!

So it is sorghum?
