Mine is in a 12", wire basket, and it has (what's left of) the same orchid media it was potted up in 7 years ago. The canes are 4' tall and the inflorescences another 2' long. Mine has a handful of new growth and all are well rooted. I will have to begin separating those from the "Mother" plant soon and pot them up. I have to control the size/weight of this plant as best I can and divisions are the only way I know to do this.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
