Thanks Arlyn! I will have to see them side by side to feel sure, but I'm really thinking this is what I have! I've never been much of a fan of brown irises, but I have found this one very appealing- subtle, but warm and beautiful.

Patrick, now perhaps you're seeing the appeal of growing various no ids- the fun of working the puzzle, the joy of figuring it out, and of course you get to enjoy the pretty flowers :-).
