Yes, I was using the favicon bookmark on the iPad. I just tried allthingsplants.com in the address box and went straight there with no problem, so you're absolutely right - of course

I'm also using bookmarks on the other devices though but I guess there's something different about them - the iPad is the only one that has ATP as a "favorite".
